Its a fantastic place to live and great area to be in. Lived here for three years now, so glad I left London. Kings is a self contained retirement village for over 50's, its quiet, safe and very peaceful. Lots of clubs and activities etc, indoor swimming pool, bar and restaurant, plus a residents club. A shop, and lots of entertainment, a great quality of life! I highly recommend it!

If you are looking for a park home in a picturesque rural setting but still close to all the amenities you need then this place is wonderful. Genuinely friendly community ( I have just moved here and am blown away by the warm welcome). Everywhere is well maintained. Company who own the park are most professional and it feels like they genuinely care about the residents . Secure gated access, well maintained roads and even a club house and community mini bus run by some of the residents. This place truly is a hidden gem and I’m delighted to be living here.
